Love For Lillie
Family & Friends have started a "Love for Lillie" campaign in Lillie's honor. This campaign has supported numerous Bone Marrow Donor Drives, as well as the continuing medical expenses we incur with Lillie's treatment. A special "Love for Lillie" fund has also been setup through National City Bank. Donations to this account are used to fund additional Bone Marrow Donor Drives and to help with additional medical expenses. In May 2009, we will take up temporary residence in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for the next 4-6 months so that Lillie can receive a Bone Marrow Transplant at Childrens Hospital of Wisconsin. This will require extesive travel between Milwaukee & Florida as we care for our other 3 children who will remain in Florida while Lillie receives her transplant.

Visit your local Blood Bank & consider donating Blood & Platelets. Lillie & many other kids receive life saving transfusions on a weekly basis. There is nothing more horrifying for a parent of a sick child, than to hear that the blood bank is "out of platelets".
